Annual Service Program 

Year around service to ensure your lawn and landscape looks it's very best; our annual program consists of weekly maintenance visits and much more. Each customer receives a customized service program, add or remove any service you wish. 

• Weekly Maintenance: Mowing, trimming, edging and blowing clippings from driveway, walkway and roadside. 
• Weed Control in driveway, walkways, patio and hand weeding in beds where tender plants won't allow chemical applications. 
• Fall Aeration, Seeding and Starter Fertilizer.
• Turf Management Program: 7 applications of weed control and fertilization for your lawn.
• Pruning shrubs and ornamental trees: 2 times yearly.

• Fall Leaf Service: on a 10-day schedule in season. removal up to 4x during season/as needed.

• Seasonal Irrigation Adjustment: As needed (Spring, Summer) - not including winterization or repair(s)/parts.
